194 college coaches from nearly every NCAA Division I major
conference, along with a long list of NCAA Division II, III, NAIA and junior
college coaches attended the Showcase in 2007 and more than 170 coaches from
28 states were on hand in 2008. Coaches from as far as New Hampshire, New
Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Georgia and California came to Kearney to
scout our super-talented field.
 The Player Info Guides that we provide the college coaches are
the most detailed & accurate booklet anywhere! Every player is required to
complete a
player profile sheet and then we re-type the info into our booklets.

1999 co-MVP Laurie Koehn (Kansas St.), who became the NCAA women's career leader for
3-pointers made during the 2004-05 season, now plays for the WNBA's Washington
Mystics. (photo left)
Miss Basketball All-American Nicole Ohlde (Kansas St.), was the
6th pick overall in the 2004 WNBA Draft by the Minnesota Lynx. She was the 2003
& 2004 Big 12 Player of the Year. (photo right)
Carla Bennett, was drafted by the Minnesota Lynx in the third
round of the 2003 draft.
Megan Mahoney (Kansas St.), the 2000 Showcase co-MVP, was
drafted in the third round of the 2005 WNBA Draft by the Connecticut Sun.
Brittany Wilkins, an Arlington, Neb., native who played for the Daubert Pinnacle
Nebraska All-Stars in the 1998 & 99 Showcase (and later for Iowa St.
University), signed as a free agent with the Sacramento Monarchs and went on to
play professionally overseas.

Ketia Swanier was the 12th player taken in the 2008 WNBA Draft by the
Connecticut Sun. The UConn point guard was a 2002 Miss Basketball All-American.
She teamed with LSU forward Ashley Thomas, to lead the Georgia Magic Black to
the quarterfinals of the 2002 Showcase. Both players were key players as UConn &
LSU both reached the NCAA Final 4 in 2008. She averaged 7.3 points per game as a
senior.
We expect another very impressive list of Showcase alumni to
make verbal commitments and ink national letters of intent with big-time
programs this fall and next spring. Please let us know if one of your players
